Annual Leave policy
Current Curated Fame rules.
- Accrual: 1 day after each completed month of service, up to 12 days yearly.
- Carry-forward: Maximum 5 unused days from 2025, expiring 31 March 2026 unless management approves otherwise.
- Probation: Leave accrues during probation, but usage requires prior approval.
- Counting: Full days only. Saturdays, Sundays and recorded Kuala Lumpur company holidays do not use Annual Leave.
- Planning: Submit extended or consecutive leave early.
